It's all coming together now

Hallelujah!! My laptop has been resurrected! The Computer dude replaced the hard drive and John and I spent hours installing, downloading and copying files and now it is as good as new. In fact, it is new...basically. It has ALL new innards. I lost a bunch of pics that weren't backed up (I know, I know....I vow to turn over a new leaf, I have learned my lesson and all that.) Luckily the best of the pics were uploaded to Shutterfly.

AND....coming tomorrow (or Friday) post/pics of my brand new office! That's right! We are moving in/unpacking TOMORROW already! Those moving guys are fast! I'm actually excited about it...my emotions swing like a freakin' pendulum sometimes. :)

Oh, and here's the jam session that is going on in my dining room as I write this.

And here are the shoes I picked up today for G. I figured as long as they are cute I will be much better able to deal with her getting big enough to need them. Yes, that is a new stripey fall sweater, too. DAMN YOU Babies R Us and all your cute, irresistible, cuddly baby clothes!


So, I am feeling much more optimistic this week.
