Sunday and Monday

We had the actual family reunion on Sunday. It was a great turn-out. My family isn't very well known for everyone turning up, but this time seemed to be the exception. Kristin's family was also in attendance, and I'd say the two family got along swimmingly (does anyone actually know what that expression means? I don't.)

On Monday G and I went to Otisco Lake (the "thumb" of the Finger Lakes) with my brother's family. When they lived in NY, Andy and Kristin had a boat that they kept on this lake. It was my first time up there with them. We had a gorgeous day. We sat in the sun, played with gravel, ate, and went on a boat ride. Just about perfect. Except John was stuck at work. :(
