I have (sadly, I know, I need to get a life) mentioned Noggin's Jack's Big Music Show a few times on this blog. It's one of G's favorite shows. Now, normally, I am all raves about this show. Puppets! Music videos! Cool musical guests! Exploring and enjoying all different types of musical styles! Encouragement to make your own music! What's not to love?
Last night, I found something. What is this?? Creepy Pedophile Chic? They missed the "chic," went straight for "scary!" I felt like I needed to a:) turn the tv off, b:) take a hot shower, and c:) have a long discussion with Giuliana that Jack is just trying to teach her the type of strangers to stay away from in the park.
I'm all for Indie music, expressing yourself in unusual and creative ways. I even looked these people up on the web. They are a legit band, The Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players, father, mother and daughter. Ummm....sorry, I can't say they weird me out any less.
